We offer a wide range of exciting and stimulating extra-curricular activities for pupils throughout the year believing that personal development is greatly enhanced by such activities.
Regular educational visits and field trips open the gate to further learning opportunities, while residential visits by Years 5 and 6 pupils to outdoor activity centres In Derbyshire and Shropshire develop the pupils’ physical abilities, personal attributes and team-working skills.

The school has an extremely strong tradition of encouraging pupils to take part in the performing and expressive arts and there are numerous opportunities for pupils to develop their skills in these areas including an Arts Club, a Ballet Club, the School Choir, Speech and Drama groups and tuition in a range of musical instruments.
A range of sports clubs provide pupils with the opportunity to improve and learn from expert coaches while the school Gardening Club is extremely popular, as is the Computer Club.
